A really wordy post.

Been out almost every single day shopping/catching up with my lovely humans.

Went bookshopping/cny shopping/ school supplies shopping.

Am really satisfied with all of my buys :>

Checked off everything I was ever looking for since ages ago except for my black suede wedges/ hidden wedge sneakers sigh. Still glad with all of my buys nonetheless!

AND I FINALLY FOUND LFA OH HECK YEA THE GREAT PERHAPS IM HERE TO DEVOUR YOU ALL OVER AGAIN.

Just got back from 401's class bbq.

Had quite a lot of fun with the usuals and the rest haha the food was good ~

Times like this I really don't know why i'm still trying, why i'm still holding on to that tiny bit of faith that has kept me going till now.

We pray silently in desperate hope that all the negativity that we've suffered would soon abate.

Timorously, we creep to the surface of hope, we climb and inch and reach for what we've all been blindly racing for in this society of broken expectations.

We heave a sigh of relief and celebrate for we've finally clinched what everyone has been chasing for.

But deep down somewhere, you slowly realise that what you've been chasing for is nothing like you ever wanted.

Alas, what we are left with is nothing.

2011.

1) Realising who matters most.

Lenise&Jiahui, C3H -> C2H, 401 usuals, Nat, Jiashyuan, Jessica, Buddy and recently, my Ncc favourites.

Enough said.

2) Maturing emotionally.

This is an ironic statement because I think I've become a lot more private from 2010 - 2011.

But well, I dare to make that statement because in my own opinion, I've changed for the better being emotionally private.

Allowing someone to sprinkle salt on your wounds is not a good thing and placing your trust on the wrong person is definitely not a nice feeling.

Thus, since I am ' my own fucking goddess of my own universe ', I guess being protective and private was the only way I could prevent myself from being hurt. Being ' not - hurt ' allowed me to put up a smile and strut into the school compound like a confident free bitch everyday. Trust me, you wouldn't like seeing someone breaking down/pulling a long face every single day even though she's really going through some serious shit because what would that classify her into?

An attention seeking whore.

I've also thus learnt the art recovering from an emotional fall as quickly as possible.

You might think this is all unhealthy for me, unhealthy for me to be suppressing everything inside my bottle, but that's just the way I am and unfortunately, nobody can change it unless I'm willing to.

The more you probe me, the more I'd back away. Unless you try really hard with sincerity, over and over again, slowly, then maybe you'd get a shot at my insecurities.

Till then, to the left, bitches/beasts with excessive hormones.

2) Conquering the Big Os.

No easy task because I was going through some emotional shit wreck while preparing for it.

Studying everyday and having a problem with concentration because i get so distracted so god damned easily(!!), getting all panicky and stressed because my ability to solve mathematical problems was still at zero although the O's was only < 10 days away, immense feeling of breaking down whenever I open up the Chemistry textbook, crying just before Emath P2 over some issues and thus screwing my paper, falling sick during my Chem and Bio P1 .. the lot!

But yes, at least it's all over now.

You reap what you sow and so I guess I'll be receiving my disappointing-but-pretty-much-expected results on the 9th holaaaa.

3) Joining the 61st Cadet Officers' Course.

I still remember how skeptical I was, how doubtful I was about my decision. I remember how a handful of people were against my decision about dedicating 3 weeks of my holidays to Ncc.

' NO don't go leh!! 3 weeks leh you'll be missing out on so much fun, what's the point?! '

^ Vividly remember this laughs but anyway I went on with it and I must say, I have never regretted my decision since. Getting to know S2ka, spending time with S2ka, enduring the irrelevant cock-ups/plans and shitty system, preparing for our performances etc. made all my sacrifices I made for C0c worthwhile.

The proudest moment of 2011 also goes to my graduation from this course. ALTHOUGH i was sick and couldn't join the parade, reciting the Cadet Officers' Creed for the last time and then tossing the peak cap into the air made me feel so proud of myself, it was an overwhelming flurry of emotions like ' wow, I did it. I am now a Cadet Officer. '

So some of you will ask why I even decided to go for this course.

Well I went for 3 reasons.

First reason was for my lovely 17 kids back at Nh that I still love so very dearly although I heard some bad news recently >:(

Second was for my Dad. ' I want you to be Ma'am! ' ' Now staff only, when then can be Ma'am? ' ' You HAVE to be an officer! I want my daughter to be an officer! '

So because I really wanted my Dad to seriously feel proud of her daughter after feeling disappointed over and over again, I made that decision.

And the last reserves for my ultimate stalkers who managed to find my Tumblr. I think you'll know this by now, no?

And to all of you who still doubts my reason for going to Coc, fuck off and fuck off a little more.

Who started with such a nonsensical rumour anyway?

I don't spend 3 long weeks of my holidays wearing the blister-inducing boots and waking up at 5.45a.m everyday just because of a reason as shallow as that.

Judgemental fucks.

There's so much more i wish to type out here but i think my sentences would be pretty incoherent by then because thoughts and bad/good memories are flashing through my mind at the speed of 10000000000000000km/h and I just can't type them all down fast enough gosh.

An hour more to a brand new year, ALL FOR 2012!

On a side note,

had an awesome time with S2ka/West district @Sentosa yesterday.

Browsed many bookreview websites ( DONT JUDGE ) and many said that the 3 must- read books are ThirteenReasonsWhy, Catcher in the Rye & LookingforAlaska.

So yes i've already read LFA which is by far my favourite and i'm 3/4 through Thirteen and it's so.. idk it makes you reflect? Yea.

Okay just get it, you'll learn a lesson from that book i promise.

Food was really good there though!

1) My nose bothers me.

My nose is not blunt but i don't like the way it looks like when i smile okay now all of you will squint and stare at my nose in the post below _|_ But yes, i think it looks very awkward AND IM ACTUALLY CONSIDERING PLASTIC SURGERY FOR IT WHEN I GROW UP AND HAVE ENOUGH $$ DAMN ALL OF YOU WITH PERFECT DAINTY NOSES FFFFUUUU.

2) I'm afraid of the dark.

Do i sound ridiculous? But i really, really am. i need a night lamp even when i sleep in my room i n.e.e.d light. I don't know why but when i'm in a totally dark place i'll start imagining things and it gets really.. overwhelming. I don't know man i really don't know but one way to really fuck me over is to keep me locked up in a dark place tyvm.

3) I have a rational fear of being a spinster.

Insecuregirl_95 all of a sudden but i always have this feeling that i'd end up alone when i grow up, into a matured woman. I mean with my stubborn/irritable personality and tendency to push people away.. i figured that i might really end up forever alone ): I've told the meanest things to guys and yea i really regret it oh my i am starting to be incoherent okay moving on ._.

4) Sucks to be ' strong '.

People think they can hurt me because i'm just insensitive, or just not that emotional. But frankly when i say i don't care, i actually do (sometimes) . It's my way of covering up my emotions so that you won't get to hurt me again. BY saying that i don't care, i convince myself that i don't and after a while, i guess i learn not to care. Do you guys understand what i am saying? Probably not because my English is seriously malfunctioning.

Hello everybody, it has been a while.

So 61st COC is over and i must say, it was the best 3 weeks of my life :>

ALTHOUGH i fell very, very sick and even went on drip which was quite a good experience laughs.

Thanks x10^100000 to all the Sirs and Maams who took care of me like seriously i wanted to say thank you everytime Maam Peijia/Qian Ying changed the icestrip(?) thing on my neck/forehead but i was too weak and tired lol i am not exaggerating.

But there was this one Sir who came into my ward and ordered me around and i can't stand him. i'm sorry if you're of a higher rank but no fucks shall be given.

Really missing my syndicate 2 ( S2ka) awww we were the most bonded syndicate and we won so many prizes + we had the best performance heehee ^^

Spent my past few days at camp and although we weren't doing much, i still feel really exhausted idk why.

Am feeling pretty optimistic about the next couple of days heh Syndicate 2 seems fun.

Today was extremely enjoyable anyway haha laughed so much i felt like my abs were finally showing again lol lol.

No doubt it's gonna be tiring needing to wake up at freaking 5.30am everyday to reach yck at 0650 from Monday - Friday though.

It will be worth it, will be worth it. *determined*

O's are finally over and i hereby heave a sigh of relief like everyone else have already did online almost a week ago.

I got very sick during+after the Chem paper 1 so yes my Bio/Chem = probably screwed.

Tummy still feeling the aftereffects though.

I think my stomach shrank?

Like i'm on a liquid diet or something anything more than a bowl of porridge would induce vomit.

I drank water, juice and ate half a bowl of porridge today and i don't feel hungry. At all.

Anyway,

the past few days felt like a freaking month, was busy with Ncc and of course, prom shopping.

My leg muscles are probably gonna disintegrate from all that physical intensity it's going through laughs.

Gotta head down to school tomorrow which i am absolutely not looking forward to.

Reporting at 7.30am what the heck give me a break please z.

Two days ago, i stacked my books 20cm high and stood on top of the stack.

I stood on it for quite some time, feeling invincible like i could accomplish any goddamned mission because i was tall enough although even then i was only a pathetic 175cm.

Am i prepared? Not a single bit.

I am very confused now my concepts are somewhat there, mixed with little misconceptions which may be detrimental to achieving my A.

School was alright, only went because the Principal was coming to our class oh well.

But my C.Humanities overall score was pulled down to a B3 with Ss being around ugh i don't understand what i'm doing wrong.

Chinese papers were gross my ability to comprehend Chinese characters is deteriorating at an astonishing rate i'm disgusted ugh.

To make matters worse the passages were all freaking long ugh never read such a long comprehension before not even exaggerating here 2 pages is no fucking joke.

Plus it's not only the open-ended qns that have passages that long, ALL I MEAN A.L.L of them are long i felt like giving up half way because i couldn't understand 1/4 of the passage and they were e.n.d.l.e.s.s

The close passage was just suicide anyway oh well not like i'm not used to scoring 2 or 3 out of 10 or something ugh.

Maybe Canada or Australia, anywhere is better than Singapore.

Besides, if you study overseas you only need 8months to complete your jc curriculum that's 3 times (!!!) faster without the insane stress you experience in a local Junior College.

Gave school a miss on teachers' day because frankly it'll be a waste of time but i felt really guilty after Miss Wang gave me a call and was totally cool about it *bangs head* i'm sorry ):

Feeling really,really nervous now i'm not ready at all for any paper right now.

English paper1 was screwed btw, my worst paper yet.

Not gonna top the class, not gonna score my A1 or even an A2 this time round.

Completely irrelevant,

Studied at CoffeeBean with Jiahui and Lenise today.

Was rather productive, did so many trig questions i felt like i was going suicidal.

Confident of proving/solving questions now, just can't do the first proving part of R formula qns.

But that is actually just 3-4 marks out of the usual 8-10 marks so yes i'm fine losing them just saying lol i'm aiming for just a B for Os pardon me F9/E8 or A1 for Amath since Secondary 3.

Extreme much hah.

Oh and i don't get principal values, better get it sorted out i bet principal values will appear for Prelim2!

Gonna slack it off for the rest of the day though, lousy excuse but i'm really not feeling it.

So sick and tired of all this i feel like a washing machine.

I mean, if you stare at a washing machine long enough you get all dizzy and stuff because all you see are clothes rolling around in circles repeatedly hahaha i'm going insane.

I don't understand how some people are always happy.

Emath paper 2, Social Studies on Friday.

Prelim2 starts in what, 4 days and i'm still unprepared arghhh.

Kinda stressed out right now but at least i know i'm improving inch by inch.

My Amath is getting a lot better, could do majority of the questions in AHS' P1. Haven't tried P2 though if i attempt it and i can't do 50% of the questions i'm a goner z.

Frankly, i think all of us in Nanhua have what it takes to enter the top5 Jcs if we work hard enough.

On a side note, school is a chore.

Every morning i drag myself to school, space out for the first period in class because my eyes are too swollen to be kept open,

get slightly happier during recess and then pay attention for the lesson after recess and finally, knock out during the remaining periods because my energy level is on an all-time low.

School is like this insane routine where you sit on a chair with pieces of paper strewn across your desk and there's this adult standing in front of everyone who just keeps talking and you just keep trying to absorb all the information .but.you.just.can't.

Oh well.

2 more months and i'm off this mundane routine hah, can't be more excited.

Hi stalkers the past week of freaking school was actually really enjoyable.

Today was rotten.

Firstly Miss Wee(?) came in to class and lecture us but that wasn't why it killed my mood it's because she doesn't make an effort to know our names and she's there lecturing us like wow the irony why bother lol.

Okay maybe it's just me being cranky i guess her intentions are genuinely good but deal with it i'll apologize if it even makes a difference later.

So freaking cranky now i feel like stabbing someone in the chest and hear the bones of their ribcage cracking hahaha just joking i'm not that scary.

Used to top the class but now i lost out to Daniel by 1.1 marks and i hate losing out when i know i have what it takes to snag that top prize and beat that competition.

Went to her condo at freaking Sembawang and had lunch which was not vegetarian but still good after i removed all the meat *HINT LENISE.

Watched tv and kept talking and talking and bathed and changed and laughed and then went to town.

Was a satisfying shopping trip although i didn't manage to purchase any heels because they were either uncomfortable or the sizes are weird or maybe my feet is strange ah screw it $45 for sexy wedges/heels and none was okay fffffffffff k moving on.

F21 at Orchard Xchange was amazing btw everyone please go there if you haven't!!

Saw a few familiar faces there too haha awkward ~

In conclusion, spending time with Lenise yesterday was exceedingly enjoyable, although my feet hurt like asfafadfjsgfksgfkaskfhafkj throughout HAHA.

Bangs that i got last week on Sunday.

Prelims were a wreck 100% f9 for Chemistry but frankly i don't feel the pinch at all.
Humanities sbq were tough zzz but i think overall i did reasonably alright.
Quite confident of scoring an A for at least one of the two oh plzzzzz.
Amaths so challenging screwed everyone over sigh hope i don't disappoint my tutor ._.
Paper1s left which will make a difference between a fail and a pass an average or an A1 so yeap gotta really go revise thoroughly over the weekends ~.~

Today was a waste of time.

For one, i went down to school to reveal the postings for the next batch which frankly took longer than it actually should but oh well.

Had some fun with Suelynn on the way to Clementi though haha.

Did Kinematics for Physics which sucked.

Got one mcq question wrong wtf and i mean tys questions you get what i mean?

Kinematics is supposed to be easyabc123 ughhh i hate not scoring perfect scores it just annoys the shit out of me.

I'm a perfectionist and yes the fact that i didn't get 30points of Napfa still disgusts me ..

I can't stand how careless i am when i was doing some speedtime graph question i read the graph wrong twice -.-

Completed the exercise in class felt like a winner only 2 people in class finished and i was one of them whoop.

Alright i know i promised photos by yesterday night but my mom was getting irritated by her disorganised area of mess which eventually led me to being cut off from the Internet lol.

My parents are off to Taiwan for around a week.

They locked up the ipad and all the laptops which means i'm left with my sister's laptop ( using it now ).
